• The machine should be locatedin awell-ventilated space andavoid direct sunlight.The distance between the machine and thewall orotherobjects should be no less than 30cm.
• Do not put other things or liquid vessel on the machine.

• There should not be any obstruction around the air inlet on the sideofthe machine and the air outlet at the back ofthe machine, in caseof air inlet and air outlet blocked,which could lead to hightemperature thatwill result in machine halt and decreasing ofoxygen concentration.
• To avoid strong electromagnetic interference environment or interfering other domestic appliances, please keep the machine at least 3m away from other domestic appliances.
• Upside downand aburton are prohibited.
• lfthe power supply has unsteady voltage,or is beyond 220+20V(110+10V), please connect the voltage regulator before using the machine.
• Pleaseuse standard socket with safety qualification and terminaboard with electricalsafety certification.
• 0xygenis acombustion-supporting gas, so do not smokeand keepawayfrom combustion source while using themachine forfear offire accident.
• Do not switching on & off frequently. You can restart it after youhave switched it off for 3-5 minutes,considering its service life.
• Avoid oil or grease-like material for any part of the machine.
• lt is important to note that it's improper to use the machine in the absence ofair filter.
• When using the machine, do not bend the oxygen tube, otherwisethe waterin water tank will overflow.
• Unauthorized personnel do not remove the cover.

Operating principle

The air comes into the compressor after compressed by air inlet filterunit, and thenit entersinto molecular sieve tower to separate theoxygen and nitrogen. The oxygen successfully goes through themolecular sieve towerinto the fine sieve tower.In contrast, the nitrogenis absorbed by the molecular, then to be discharged into the atmospherethrough the separating valve.The oxygen concentration is enhanced inthe fine sieve tower and controlled by flow valve. Then the oxygen ishumidified by the humidifying water tank when it comes to it. Finally, theoxygenreaches the userthrough oxygen supply tube.

Product introduction

This product uses 220V(110V)AC power supply and air raw material,andadopts the pure oil-free air compressor and qualified molecular sieveimported with original packaging, so as to generate high purity oxygenby PSA at normal temperature and supply oxygen for families. Theproduct is designed with higher domestic appliance standards, andequipped with LED large screen display, intelligent chip automaticcontrol circuit and triple fault automatic alarm function for convenientuse and easy operation.Thereis timing setting and overheat protective circuit so that it will stop working automatically when the compressor'sworking temperature is too high to protect the compressor and the wholepart of the product, The product is light and portable in order that it canbe used at home or in an automobile by using automobile power supplyfor oxygen supplementation to those who in need of supplemental oxygen.

Application steps

1. Watertankremoving
Remove the water tank according to thepicture on the left.

2. Water filling
Openthe silica gelstopper to fill pure water (cold boiled water,distilled water) to the highest water mark.Then put back the stopper (remember to put back the stopper, otherwise the oxygen willleak from the mouth of the tank and there will be no any oxygen coming outfrom the oxygen outlet. while themachine works normally.)  Aim the humidifier water tank at the air outlet around the humidifier water tank and the slotat the bottom,so as to put the humidifier water tank back.
* Water should not be beyond the highest water mark,Filling wateris to humidify the oxygen,but not a must be action. lf you do not feel that the oxygen is dry,you may notfill water in the water tank.

3. Check the air filter
Check whether the air filter is properly installed and clean or not.

4. Connectthepowercord
Do as shown in the left picture.Plug outputend ofthe cord into the plug seat,and thenplug the otherend into the socket.

5. Connect the oxygen tube 
Plug the large diameter end of the tube into the mouth of oxygen outlet.

 

* there are water drops in the water storing equipment before or after oxygen inhalation,please open it and pour them out.

 

6. Wear the oxygen inhaler
Do as shown in the picture. When usingearhook oxygeninhaler, please regulatethe position of the oxygen outlet and aim atthe nostril.When using the nasal oxygeninhaler,pleaseaim the two oxygen outletsat the nostril and tighten the rubber ring.

             

 

7. Start up the oxygen concentrator

Turn on the power switch, then press the on/off key lightly, the machine will begin to generate oxygen and the user can start oxygen inhalation.

* Regulate the oxygen concentration to the relative gear according to your personal condition,Recommended oxygen concentration:70%-90% for special populations (do notinhale high concentration of oxygen without doctor's advice):50%-70% for elders and pregnant women;30%-50% for office workeror students.or consult with a doctor.

ll.Function keyoperation

Turn on the "power switch",then comes the voice broadcast"RespirEasy Health.let human beings enjoy a healthy life! ".The machine will get into standby state and the screen shows “Brand Logo" and“On/Off key".

On/off key
Lightly press the On/Off key,then comes the voice broadcast"The oxygen therapy starts"and the display screen comes up to full brightness.The machine also starts to make oxygen and gets into the negative ion working state.At the same time, there is blue light in water tank.By this time, the oxygen concentration rate on the display screen has graduallyincreased to the relevant rate ofoxygen flow rate. Three minutes later, the three failure warnings and sleeping mode will show close state.

In working condition, lightly touch the On/Off key, then comes the voice broadcast"The oxygen therapy finishes"and the machine enters standby mode.The fan will stop working three minutes later.

Flowrate setting key
Lightly touch the “flow rate" key to regulate the oxygen flow rate so that the oxygen concentration will change correspondently. When it has changed to the appropriate rate, the number will be around +3%.Flow rate setting:the flow rate key can adjust the oxygen flow rate and concentration rate; the biggertheoxygen flow rateis, thelower theconcentration rate.The gears are:1 litre,2 litre, 3 litre, 4 litre, 5 litre, 6 litre.lt is a total ofsix gears.The respective oxygen concentration are: 90%,70%,50%,40%.35%,30%.Power off state, the default value of 1L flow; in the standby state to reboot, the flow file value will retain the shutdown ofthe flow file settings.

Timing+ key~Timing-key 
Lightly touch the“Timing+"key, the timingis set to be 15 minutes.The timing settingis one-way circulation setting.The highest value is 180 minutes;3 seconds after you have done the timing operation,the timing willcomeintoa countdown process.

The operation ofthe “Timing-“ keyis the same with the“Timing+” key.

Negative ion key
The function ofnegativeion is synchronized with the system, and can
work independently.In working condition or standby state, touch the "negative ion" key to close its function, and touch the key again to start the function.

* Notes: when operating the function keys, there will be different operations based on the brightness ofthe screen.
1.When it is in highlight mode, it will show the operation result directly.
2.When itisin power-down mode, press the key once to active the
highlight mode,and press the key again so thatit will show theoperation result.

Every time you touch any key, there will be a beep sound.In different
operation conditions, the machine will comeinto power-down mode one minute later.

Sleep mode key
In working state, press“Sleep" mode key,the“Sleep"icon on the display screen will flash three times, then the screen will turn into sleep mode.Press any key on the remote control or touch any key on the machine panelto active the screen highlight.

SOS voice
In standby or working condition,press"SOS" key, there appears the voice“l need help"which will not stop until you press the“SOS” key again.

* The rest keys' operations are correspondent with the keys on the main panel.

Special feature

Power saving function
Working state, the screen in the absence of operation of the circumstances, one minute into the power-saving mode display brightness and water tank lights simultaneously reduce the brightness, so that your life more environmentally friendly.

Sleep function
Working state, press the remote control "sleep" button, the host display brightness and water tank lamp brightness than the power saving mode to further reduce the brightness, make your sleep more comfortable environment.

Cumulative function
This machine is designed to have accumulated use time function. Record the usage time every 20 minutes.

Automatic fault detection
This machine has the function of automatic fault detection, so that you more clearly understand the fault.
1. the compressor failure detection: If the compressor compressor failure in use, the display will show the flash Shows the red compressor icon, accompanied by buzzer alarm sound.
2. the solenoid valve fault detection: If the machine appears in the use of solenoid valve failure, the display will show the flash Red red solenoid valve icon, accompanied by buzzer alarm sound.
3. cooling fan failure detection: If the machine in use cooling fan failure, the display will show A blinking red fan icon, accompanied by a buzzer alarm.

One key voice for help
Press the remote control "a key to help" button, the system will have voice broadcast "I need help", until once again press the "one-button" button to stop.

※ To use this function, please keep the power switch on and power on the remote controller.

Negative ion function
System boot from the start of anion function, the user can independently open or close, without affecting the oxygen. In the working state or standby, touch the "negative ion" button, negative ion function is turned off; then touch the "negative ion" button, negative ion function is turned on. The negative ion concentration of the machine is ≥800,000/CM³, so that your ambient air is more fresh.

Double oxygen inhalation (it is not included in the standard accessories) Connect an oxygen tube of double use so two people can inhale oxygen at the same time.

Oxygen bag aeration (it is not included in the standard accessories)
※ When using the oxygen machine to fill the oxygen bag, special care should be paid. When the oxygen bag is full, pull the tube of the oxygen bag first, then turn off the oxygen machine. Otherwise it will cause negative pressure of the water in the humidifier bottle, so that the water may get into the machine to result in machine fault.

Care and maintenance

Housing cleaning
The surface of the housing should be cleaning at least once every month. Disconnect the power cord before you clean it. Wipe it with a clean, mild, damp cloth soaked with disinfectant. Do not let the liquid penetrate into the machine.

Water tank cleaning
To keep the water tank clean, the water filled in should be purified water, distilled water or cold boiled water. It is better to change water every day.

The water tank should be cleansed every week. First use detergent and shake the tank to wash. Then use clean water to rinse it, so as to make sure the oxygen is clean.

Air filter cleaning
The white air filter at the back of the machine can reduce noise, isolate dust and purify the air. It should be clean. It should be cleaned around every ten days. First use detergent to wash, and then rinse it with clean water. Pay special attention that it must be dry to be positioned back, or the function of the molecular sieve could be damaged, which will lead to decreased oxygen concentration.

Oxygen tube and oxygen inhaler cleaning
In general condition, it should be cleaned every three days. The snorting part of nasal cannula should be cleans after each use. You can soak it with 5% potassium permanganate solution for 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water, or wipe it with alcohol. Change a new oxygen tube every year.

Long-term idle treatment
Before you long-term idle the oxygen concentrator, please do as follows:
1. Bring down the humidifier water tank, pull out the water, dry it and position it back.
2. Disconnect the power cord and put away the power cord.
3. Do not locate the machine in damp, dusting environment. Avoid direct sunlight and pollution. Preserve the oxygen tube and oxygen inhaler at room temperature. Do not twist the airway tube. Keep out of the reach of the children.

Do as follows before restart the machine after long term idle period:
1. Make sure the power cord is undamaged.
2. Clean the oxygen tube and oxygen inhaler. Check whether the tube is blocked or twisted.
3. Clean the humidifier water tank.

Common fault and trouble-shooting

Number	Fault Phenomenon	Cause Analysis	Solution
1	Odor in air	In the initial stage of use, there may be a slight odor from the connection tube and other plastic parts. This is normal.	The odor from the silicone tube and ABS rubber parts is normal and non-toxic. The odor will disappear over time.
		The humidifier water tank hasn't been cleaned for a long time or the water hasn't been changed.	Clean the oxygen tube and the humidifier water tank.
2	Water flows from the oxygen outlet	The water level in the humidifier water tank exceeds the maximum level, causing the airflow to push bubbles into the oxygen tube.	Keep the water level lower than the maximum water level mark.
		The machine has been used for a long time, causing moisture in the airflow to condense on the tube wall.	Drain the water from the tank. Add water only when no more water comes out of the oxygen outlet.
3	Machine makes a "puff" sound every few seconds	This is the sound of nitrogen being discharged. It is normal and indicates the machine is working correctly.
4	Machine operates but has low flow after startup	The oxygen flow setting is too low.	Turn up the oxygen flow control.
		The oxygen tube is kinked or blocked.	Straighten the oxygen tube.
		The internal connection tube inside the machine is disconnected or broken.	Disconnect the power cord and contact a professional for repair.
5	Bubbles in tank but no oxygen from the outlet after startup	The silicone stopper of the humidifying water tank is not positioned correctly.	Remove the humidifying water tank and re-seat the silicone stopper properly.
6	Indicator light works but machine does not (irregular sound) after startup	Compressor malfunction.	Disconnect the power cord and contact a professional for repair.
		The temperature is too high, activating the self-protection mode of the oil-free compressor.	This is normal. The machine will restart automatically when the temperature decreases.
		Solenoid valve malfunction.	Disconnect the power cord and contact a professional for repair.
		The internal connection tube inside the machine is disconnected or broken.	Disconnect the power cord and contact a professional for repair.

 

※If it still does not work as you have followed the solutions listed above, do not disassemble the machine. Call customer hotline and consult.
